Dilemmas are the perplexing situations where a person has to decide one right path to further move is his life. They are the part of lives everybody has face dilemmas on multiple occasions whether is about their carrier, marriage or any other desire to accomplish something.
When people engage with new activities they often face dilemma at some point. Dilemma can put someone in an extreme situation which can exasperated the person for many days,months or some times years.
How to counter dilemma in your real life:
1)Know your interest- First step is to fnd your interest in the valuable insights and explore more try different things. Never be afraid to indulge in new things.
2)Avoid overthinking- Overthinking is not a solution in any situation it can leads to more stress and can affect our mental health.
3)Do a good research- Always find new ways to deal with dilemmas and do an authentic research about your crafts. Research is a significant part it will gave insights about the topic.
4) Meditation- Always do meditation it will reduce stress and anxiety that will become a huge hassle when you stuck in a perplexed situation.
