Loneliness: Teaches Many things

' Loneliness is the price you have to pay when you start improving in your life'. From last couple of weeks I was in sorrow and feeling alone in the college many people started showing their true colour.  Every semester People ghosted me for no reasons I feels very lonely when I was with my friends I still don't feels the good vibe from the college.

I started thinking about the my past school life (like those days were good I used to play volleyball after the school that time I missed so much in college life) I have started seeing that nobody will stay with me at the end(except few)

After above passage about my present college life I want to share some things that you don't do in loneliness -

1) Avoid social media- Social media platforms like instagram,snapchat etc can cause severe anxiety and destroy your mental state moreover you will lose your remaining friends that were there with you.

2)Speak to somebody- Talk to someone friends, family or any other aquintance, do that you can improve your mental state while dealing with sadness.

3)Think positive- Around this negative world find those things that can make you joy and reduce your depression. If you're perturbed by your social circle then switch your group or remain alone( is not bad as surrounding with a bad company) that can uplift your mood.

4)Explore adventurous areas-If you are perturbed by the people or society you should may choose to adventure different things of the world like sking, camping, mountains, deserts etc it will create a good impact and can improve your performance.
