People you surround with will have a dual impact( both positive and negative) in your life. Be it your friends, families and any peer group they will shape your mindset and behaviour. Always be in a good company of people that encourages you to do your best and try innovative things the life. A good circle can define your behaviour and mindset towards the people 

Atmosphere has a huge influence on your mindset and it also determine your future.
If a student has a good group in the college he/she will develop teamwork skills that is the key aspect of accomplishing a task in the  corporate sector 

Bad company of people always destroys you they never want you to grow, they just always in a chance to diminish you. So be careful whom you hang with. Many people on this earth will communicate you if they need anything.

Identify the people in your office , school or college because they will both create and destroy your abilities of achievements.
